45 minutes to stretch and unwind
Our Gentle class aims to release tensions, to unwind and rejuvenate whilst gently working towards increased strength and flexibility. This class is suitable for anyone wanting to practice postures at a slower pace. Experienced and beginners students welcome. Also people with restricted movement or those getting back into the practice after a lapse.
