Recieve the pose – Go to your maximum, exhale without forcing and wait without tensing to allow the pose to extend through the body.

This class is amazing! I slipped a disc in my lower back at Christmas and have suffered from sciatica ever since. Even after the months of physiotherapy the sciatica was still here. Since beginning this class 4 weeks ago the pain has finally gone. I'm so happy about this.
