Our improver classes are ideal for overcoming some of the difficulties experienced when correcting body alignment. From improved strength and flexibility, students can expect to refine their techniques and increase their extension and stabilty within the poses.
Best for students who have practised Iyengar yoga at the basic and beginner levels. Students can expect to be introduced to new poses and deeper actions.
