A perfect way to get started! Whether you are a complete beginner or just a little rusty, our Free Trial classes offer the opportunity to see if Iyengar yoga is for you.
Classes last for 1 hour and will guide you safely through a sequence of postures and breathing exercises. Most students after their first experience of Iyengar Yoga say they feel lighter and taller. Yoga strengthens your whole being and brings balance into your life.
Our Studio is fully equipped, we supply all mats and props and advice for your for visit to arrive at the centre at least 10 minutes before the start of class.
These classes take place in our ‘Basics’ classes which are on a Monday at 19:30, Tuesday 11:30, Wednesday 19:30, Thursday lunchtime at 11:30, Thursday evening at 18:00 and Saturday Morning at 9:00. If these times are not suitable, please contact the centre for us to offer an alternative class.
