With precise and detailed techniques, students work to overcome their limitations to enhance a deep and balanced practice.
Our advanced classes explore the possibilities of yoga practice, and require a more sublte and mindful approach.
These classes would suit experienced students who maintain a stable and regular practice.
Students are required to hold a 10-minute shoulder balance as well as a 5-minute head balance, so please talk to your teacher or contact the centre before enrolling.
We currently run 1 experienced class each week – Friday 10:00 – 12:00
