Specialist Yoga Workshops

Workshops are an excellent way to deepen and develop your practice. Throughout the year we hold special events, intensive courses, and invite visiting teachers to the Maidstone Yoga Centre.

An afternoon with Sheila Haswell - Saturday 25th February 2-6pm

 With over 30 years of experience and a depth of knowledge Sheila co director of The Sarva Centre in High Wycombe will be visiting The Maidstone Yoga Centre at the end of the month. Her professional and compassionate teaching style - make her yoga events a not-to-be-missed experience.

Suitable for students already practising with a registered Iyengar yoga teacher with a minimun of 2 years experience.

 Jayne has many years of experience and is one of the few teachers to hold the Iyengar Advanced Junior Certificate.

Moving from the basics to the more advanced postures

Suitable for students with a minimum of 5 years experience - keen to explore the intermediate and senior level poses.
