These classes are aimed for students who have already been introduced to Iyengar yoga or have attended our Basic and Beginners classes.
The teaching is aimed for students of all levels. Ideal for those ready to improve technique and body alignment. The use of props – belts, blocks and bolsters will be given to deepen understanding or to help with restrictions.
