
What should I wear?
Clothing that you can move freely in, perhaps leggings or shorts with a tee shirt, are most suitable.
Can I eat before class?
It is best not to eat any large meals at least 3 hours before practice.
What about equipment?
We have spare mats, blocks and belts to start you off, however we do supply them and you will find it best to have your own equipment in order to carry out your own practise. I do supply all chairs for approrpiate posture work.
Do you offer Private Tuition?
Lin offers a limited number of one to one programs, which are held either at her studio or the students house. Please call for further information.
