Teenage years can be difficult, with the onset of physical and emotional changes. Yoga practice is a perfect way to find balance and relieve the stresses and pressures of everyday life. Yoga teaches students to become more positive in their approach, and to release fears and anxieties.
Through a sequence of postures and breathing excercises, students become aware of their body and learn to improve posture, strength, and flexilbilty.
