Yoga Classes - New to Yoga
These courses run for 6 weeks and are ideal for either the complete beginner, or anyone who has had a break and is keen to get started. We recommend that beginners attend one of these courses before choosing a class from the regular timetable.
This is a preliminary course and will encourage students to become more aware of their posture and alignment, and to breath through introductory asanas (postures).
No Membership is necessary.
